No, tours at Pineview Apartments are completely free.

Appointments are required and scheduling an appointment is quick and easy! To schedule an appointment ahead of time, you can either call the office or go through our website.

We strive to be accessible to all of our residents and future residents to assist with all of their needs. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our application process is easy and user-friendly. You can find our application on our website, www.pineviewapartmentsclearwater.com. From there you'll be able to select the floorplan you'd like to apply for, and the the specific unit.

Our typical turnaround time for applications is 2 - 3 business days.

Up-front costs can vary based on the floorplan that you're moving into, when you're moving in, and whether or not you were approved with an additional deposit. But some costs always remain the same, our application fee is $75.00 per adult, and the base deposit is $175.00 for a one-bedroom, or $218.75 for a two-bedroom. We also have pet fees equal to $400.00 (if you have a pet). And rent will be pro-rated for the day that you move in, as will pet rent (if applicable).

Pineview Apartments offers easy and convenient ways to pay your rent through your resident portal online.

You can use credit cards, debit cards, or your bank account, the information is saved to your resident portal to save time when you log in to pay each month. Or, you can set up Autopay and the money will be automatically deducted on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd of the month (your choice!).

Yes, we do require all residents to have renter's insurance for losses to their personal property or injury. Additionally, we require residents to purchase personal liability insurance as well and the insurance coverage must be a minimum of $50,000.00.

Your rent includes trash and pest control. All other utilities (water/sewer, electricity, cable, and internet), related deposits, and any charges, fees, or services on such utilities would be the responsibility of the resident.

Setting up your utilities is easy! Residents are responsible for electricity, cable, internet, and water/sewer. To set up electricity you would just contact Duke Energy, water by contacting THINK Utility, and cable/internet by contacting Spectrum Cable and Internet.

The internet and cable provider for the property is Spectrum Cable and Internet.

Pineview Apartments offers a $500.00 Resident Referral bonus. In order to qualify, potential applicants must name the current resident who referred them as well as their apartment number, upon their first meeting with the leasing agent. Referral bonus' are only paid after the referred person has applied, qualified, and moved in.

Pineview Apartments allows guests for three (3) days. Residents are responsible for ensuring that their guests abide by all rules and regulations of the property. Guest should not be left unattended in amenity areas.

Short-term subleasing is prohibited. This includes overnight use or duration of any length and applies to overnight stays or any other stays arranged on Airbnb.com, VRBO, Craigslist, Couchsurfing, HomeAway, or any other advertising website, internet listing service, or other similar internet sights.

Upon signing your lease, you are given two options should you need to terminate your contract early. Option one is to pay a liquidated damages or early termination fee equal to two (2) months rent. And option two is that you do not agree to pay the liquidated damages or early termination fee, but to continue to pay rent until the apartment is leased and occupied again.

Unfortunately, at this time Pineview Apartments does not offer lease terms shorter than 12 months.

Amenities

For our residents, Pineview Apartments offers a pool, BBQ and picnic area, and centralized laundry facility.

Pineview Apartments hosts pool hours seven days a week from 10 am to dusk.

We allow one (1) vehicle per driving occupant. Parking is first come first serve and we do not charge parking fees. Guest parking is also first come first serve and there is no assigned guest parking.

Washer and dryer hookups are available in all floorplans for a stackable washer and dryer and are located in a laundry closet off of the hallway.

All floorplans come with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The appliances are black.

No, unfortunately at this time we do not offer furnished apartments.

Pineview Apartments does not accept packages in the leasing office. Packages are delivered to the resident's door, or their mailbox/parcel locker on property.

Unfortunately, Pineview Apartments does not have a fitness center.

Pet Policy

Pineview Apartments is a pet friendly community! We love our residents and their furry friends. We allow two animals per apartment with breed restrictions and a 75lbs combined weight limit.

Pineview Apartments has a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee, and a $200.00 refundable pet deposit. These are one time fees and are not charged per pet. The monthly pet rent is $10.00.

Pineview Apartments is a pet-friendly community. No more than two (2) animals with a combined weight of seventy-five (75) pounds or less when fully grown are permitted per apartment. Animals must be at least six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Restricted breeds include but are not limited to: Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Malamute, ChowChow, Rottweiler, Husky, Doberman, St. Bernard, Akita, Great Dane, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog or any hybrid or mixed breed of the aforementioned breeds.

Unfortunately, at this time, Pineview Apartments does not have an onsite pet park. However, there are several pet parks available nearby.

The nearest cross street to Pineview Apartments would be Highland Ave.

Pineview Apartments is conveniently located on the PSTA bus route, with a bus stop right outside our property's entrance off of Highland Ave.

Pineview Apartments is conveniently located right across the street from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, multiple restaurants, a shopping center, and within driving distance of the beautiful Clearwater Beach and Dunedin FL. Check out our location here!

Pineview Apartments is included in the Pinellas County School District, which includes Sandy Lane Elementary School, Dunedin Highland Middle School, and Dunedin High School.

Pineview Apartments is a short 9 minute drive from Crest Lake Dog Park, 14 minutes from Enterprise Dog Park, and 18 minutes from the Bone Run, so you and your furry friend can adventure together without travelling to far from home.

The Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a linear, multi-use trail that extends from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. With multiple access points to the Pinellas trail located near Pineview Apartments, you can explore Clearwater and the surrounding towns starting just a few miles from your front door.

Pineview Apartments is conveniently located within a short distance of everything our residents could need. With a Walmart Neighborhood Market just across the street, a Dollar Tree, and several gas stations all nearby, along with multiple restaurants and both Downtown Clearwater and Downtown Dunedin a short drive away, you'll never have to venture too far from home.

Maintenance

Our maintenance team is on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is available outside of office hours and on weekends for emergency calls 24/7.

Pineview Apartments offers multiple fast and easy ways for residents to put in maintenance requests. During office hours, you can call in to report your work order to one of the office staff, or you can use the resident portal to submit maintenance requests 24/7.

Maintenance requests are addressed by priority and then in order as they come in.

No, you are not required to be home for maintenance to perform their work. We do ask that animals are secured and that there are no unaccompanied minors in the apartment when maintenance has to enter though.

During office hours, lease holders can come to the office to get a copy of their key. You will need to provide a driver's license in order to pick up the copy. After office hours and on weekends, lock out services are not performed and residents need to contact locksmiths and provide a copy of the new key to the office.
